The World Cuisine Convection Oven features:

Doors made of tempered glass for durability and easy monitoring
Rear-mounted fan and protected heating element assembly for even heat distribution and fast temperature rise
Thermostatically controlled to reach 480� Fahrenheit in approximately 8 to 12 minutes
2 chrome-plated wire shelves and a bake tray. Four shelf or tray positions available. (4� side and rear clearance is recommended)
