place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping
basket and checkout. |

Purchase Process
You may view your shopping cart at any time during your shopping experience
by clicking on the "view cart" link in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
When you are ready to order your item/s, please click on the "check out" button.
Your Cookware shopping cart and payment facility is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Once
you indicate you are ready to check out on-line, you will be taken to a SSL
secured 128 bit high-grade encrypted connection to the https://www.order.store.yahoo.net
website that is Verified by GeoTrust Inc., a certificate authority trusted
for this purpose. At this point in the order process you may view the SSL Server
Certificate issued to Yahoo! Inc. by double clicking on the security lock in the
bottom right hand corner of your browser (with Netscape browsers, look for the lock in the bottom left hand corner of your browser). This certificate is issued by Equifax Secure Certificate Authority of Equifax,
and valid to 4/7/2012. (The Equifax Secure Digital Certificate Business is owned
by GeoTrust Inc.)
The next step in the payment process is to click on the "continue" button to place
your order. Once you click "continue" you indicate that you are purchasing the
product/s in your shopping cart and authorizing Nostta Group LLC to charge against
your card. Nostta Group LLC will from this point be authorized
to charge against your card.
For most orders, your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. The exception to this is for CookTek orders. For all CookTek orders, your card will be charged 50% upon placing the order. You will then be charged for the remaining 50% when your order ships.
If this is not your desire,
you must inform us by calling us at Your Cookware toll free or by contacting us
through email and canceling the order before it is shipped (this applies to phone
orders as well as on-line orders). Once an order is shipped, you will need to
contact us to get a return merchandise authorization and you will be bound by
our return policy below. When you receive your card statement your charge will
read "Nostta Group LLC".
As soon as your order is complete, you will be sent an order confirmation via
email. Please keep your confirmation email as it contains your order number and
a link to your order information page. You can go to your order information page
at any time to check the status of your order and to obtain shipping and tracking
information.
If you place an order with us, either on-line or by phone, you are indicating
that you understand, agree with, and accept our order policy. Please, do not order
if you do not agree with these conditions.
We ask that you make sure to enter the correct billing information exactly as
it appears on your monthly card statement when submitting your order, otherwise
your order will be flagged in the system as potentially fraudulent and be subject
to careful scrutiny. All orders are manually reviewed by the Your Cookware Fraud
Department. Your Cookware reserves the right to cancel orders which may appear
fraudulent, at its discretion and without prior notice, and cancellation will
be communicated to the customer as soon as possible.
Methods of Payment
Payment can be made for our products in U.S. dollars, using a Visa, or MasterCard,
credit card or debit card, or using an American Express card, in a GeoTrust
Inc. secure shopping environment through a Secure Order Page, backed by 128 bit
SSL encryption technology (see Purchase Process above for details).
Payment can also be made through PayPal. We are
PayPal
Verified.
(Please note that the charge on your card or PayPal statement will read "Nostta
Group LLC".)
PayPal Order Information
For PayPal orders we can only ship to your billing address. If you wish us to ship to an address other than your billing address, please pay online using a credit card.
Please note that when you pay using PayPal as your payment method, PayPal automatically charges your credit card when you place your order. If you order Demeyere cookware and your item is not in stock, your card will still be charged by PayPal upon placing your order.
* We only accept PayPal payments from users who have a Confirmed Address.
* We do NOT accept PayPal payments shipping to unconfirmed addresses or PO Boxes.
* We only accept PayPal payments from Verified Users. We do NOT accept payments from unverified users.
* We do NOT accept PayPal payments from International Users.

Promotions
When we offer a special promotion, the promotion is only valid for orders placed during the promotion period, is not retroactive, and may not be applied to orders placed previous to or after the promotion period.
We allow any customer to cancel an order at any time, however, our company policy regarding promotions is that a customer cannot cancel an existing order and then place a new one in order to take advantage of a new promotion. If this happens, the new order will be cancelled.
Return Policy
If a product is damaged when you receive it, please contact our return department
immediately, and please keep all of the original packaging. We will either quickly
send you a replacement product or refund your money, including any shipping charges,
for all items damaged upon shipment.
Your Cookware has a 100% Satisfaction 30-day Money Back Guarantee for new
and unused items. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your product,
please contact our return department within 30 days of receipt of your order to
request a return authorization number. All returns require authorization prior
to return.
After a return has been authorized, please return items via insured parcel post,
DHL, Federal Express, or UPS to the address given to you by our return department.
A refund will be issued for the purchase price and any shipping cost charged to
you to receive the product. The customer is responsible for paying any freight
or shipping charges to return new and unused merchandise. Returned items must
be insured up to the price you paid for the item/s. Returned products must be
in new and unused condition with original packaging and materials, and original
box, including any manuals or other literature. Please include the Return Authorization
Number on the shipping label for your return.
Please keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in case the returned merchandise
is lost or damaged. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach
the return destination. We will notify you via email of your refund once the returned
item has been received and processed. We process returns within 2 business days
after they are received. We ask that you please not "charge back" your card and
instead allow us to issue a credit to your card account. This is a much simpler
process and prevents misunderstandings and "cross" credits. Customers can expect
a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 3 business
days after we receive your return.
Shipping Policy
Most of our products are shipped within 1 to 7 business days once your order is placed. Should a product be out of stock or not ship within the normal time frame,
we will notify you of the delay immediately and you will have the option to stay on backorder or cancel your order.We usually ship products by DHL, Federal Express,
or UPS ground. However, if you'd like to place a rush order, please contact us to discuss special arrangements. For some cookware lines, we do not ship outside the U.S.A. If you have an order you would like shipped outside the U.S.A. please contact us for an international shipping quote.
Special Shipping Offers
Our offers for free shipping and super saver shipping are for ground shipping and only apply for shipping within the continental U.S.A.. (not HI, AK or outside the U.S.) For orders outside the continental U.S. please contact us for a shipping quote.
