All that is necessary to receive a Your Cookware Gift Certificate is an email address. Once you have purchased a gift certficate, you will receive a receipt immediately. We will then email the gift certificate to the recipient's email address that you specify within 1-2 business days for the amount of your purchase. Gift certificates must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase.
Please note that an unused balance on a gift certificate may be used for purchases in the future, however, within the 90 days from the date of purchase of the gift certificate. For any purchases made using a gift certificate where the purchase amount is greater than the amount of the gift certficate, the balance is to be paid by the recipient using a credit card or PayPal account.
When ordering a gift certificate you may include a message to the recipient.
Gift certificates may be used to redeem merchandise only, and cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate.
