Demeyere ProControl Stainless Steel 9.4" Skillet

This Demeyere ProControl 9.4" stainless steel skillet is designed for induction cooking using Controlinduc Ž, a new anti-overheat safety system that controls the maximum temperature to 250°C / 485°F so you will never overheat your skillet again. The skillet technology stays hot without the risk of burning food and overheating because of the use of the Controlinduc Ž technology.

The magnetic material used in the outer layer of this Demeyere ControlinducŽ skillet is a unique super alloy which remains magnetic only up to 250°C / 485°F so that induction hobs, which require a magnetic material in the cookware to heat the cookware, are unable to heat the cookware above 250°C / 485°F.

Please note: induction hobs must specifically state that they are compatible with Demeyere ControlinducŽ cookware to be compatible hobs.

Height is 1.9" and diameter base is 7.1".
