Bourgeat 8 Piece Copper Cookware Set

This 8 piece copper cookware set by Bourgeat is made of copper with stainless steel lining and cast iron handles. The beautifully polished copper is a very thick 2.5mm and an excellent conductor of heat. The stainless steel lining has a mirror finish, is easy to clean, and no retinning is neccessary. Each piece is handcrafted in France to the absolute highest quality.

Includes:
9 1/2", 5 3/4 quart casserole / saucepot with lid
7 1/8", 2 5/8 quart copper sauce pan with lid
9 1/2", 2 3/4 quart copper flared saute pan with lid
11", 5 1/4 quart copper brazier with lid
